During my 12 years with CSO, I advised the Department for Education, the Department of State Development (now defunct) and TAFE SA on legal compliance and risk management strategies in the performance of its functions and activities enabling the successful delivery of its programs.
I advised the Department for Education on teacher compliance with copyright laws.
I advised the Department of State Development on the repeal of, and major reforms to, State legislation.
I advised the then South Australian Training and Skills Commission on the apprenticeship and traineeship scheme including compliance with employer registration and training contracts.
I worked closely with TAFE SA on work, health and safety compliance, student enrolment, enforcement of outstanding student fees and beer brewing excise obligations.
I worked with the Office of the Small Business Commissioner advising on its statutory obligations and drafted financial authorisations.
I worked with the Office of the Technical Regulator and the Jurisdictional System Security Coordinator advising on their responsibilities and compliance under the South Australian gas and electricity legislation and the National Electricity Law.
